Question: so if tennagers dont drink they have more chance of not loosing memeorie but developed tennagers will not loose memory if they drink.

Brain maturation peaks at different times for different areas of the brain (usually around 20, in some areas even as late as 40).
Alcohol damage to the brain does not suddenly stop when you reach that age, but keep in mind that the whole body (and thus also the volume of brain, blood and liver) continues to grow until about 20, such that the same amount of alcohol will have a different effect on teens of different ages.
