Ermmmmmmmm I try to but I am not very good 🙂 I do try and eat at least 3 or 4 fruit and veg a day but being honest I love pasta, curry, fish n chips and I even had a bacon sandwich for breakfast this very morning. My advice is eat what makes you happy but do so in moderation. You can have a burger n chips now and again but not every day. Plus try to eat fruit which is full of good chemicals that helps our bodies to mount defences against some of the less healthy things we put into our mouths.
