• Question: If you made a HUGE mistake, how would you react straight away and then afterwards??

      Probably trying to avoid and/ or limit damage, and once the situation is under control, trying to find out what went wrong (if I don’t know that by then) and how to prevent it in the future.

      I would immediately admit to the mistake, try to do whatever I could to correct it and afterwards think about how I could have prevented making the mistake so that it would not happen again.

      It’s always best to own up straight away! Firstly it’s good for your conscience but secondly it’s often much easier to rectify mistakes straight away rather than much later.
